Hey
Thanks for the reply!
We are in the UK so Glenn is fully vaxed for myxomatosis, RDVH 1 & 2 because unfortunately here is widespread across the whole country so even indoor bunnies, which glenn is, are usually fully vaxed by responsible owners.
I am not too worried about the predetor thing as he will still be an indoor bun, when I take him outside I plan to keep him in the extra pen we have and sit in there with him for say an hour when theres nice weather just so he can play and then bring him back in 🙂 so I would essentially be playing with him outside.
He does love playing in the garden as I have let him into previous ones of family who don’t treat with pesticides. I guess I was just wondering really what is the liklihood of the pesticides remaining present – the last tenants stayed for 2 years and had a cat so I can’t imagine they treated the lawn with pesticides either – even just being able to cut the grass and take it into him I’m still worried. Again he lovveeeeees grass, and our garden is flourishing with grass so I would also like to just cut some off for him to eat even if I don’t take him outside to self graze.
Do you think washing the grass that I cut for him would help rid it of any possible pesticides?
Like I say I’ve been here since August and not treated with any pest controls. But also don’t want to expose him to anything harmful.
