I have not found any official lists- only lists without reference to how they were determined or obtained.

It looks are though pear is also safe along with apple..
I cut branches from my Grandparents farm and put them into a pillowcase. They dry in the pillow case since they can breathe- and it is more efficient than a plastic bag or box. I cut the brachnes approx 2-3 feet long. And then after a week or 2 in the garage they are dry and I then cut them into approx 6 inch pieces. You could cut them that small to begin with- but it works better for me to cut them larger so most of the work can be done at home to make them suitable for giving to your bunnies. I don’t like to give them huge or pokey pieces since I am afraid they might poke their eye or run into it and give themselves a puncture wound.
Also by drying in a pillowcase the leaves all dry and fall off without making a mess.
There might be ideal times of the year to trim the tree (for the trees sake) but my Grandmothers orchard is a bit overgrown and not tended to- so they don’t care when I remove branches as it makes it easier to mow the grass by removing the lower branches and the other trimming that I do. But the bonus to that it is mainly untended is that they use no chemicals.
