For those of you that asked me to post more pictures of our cages here it is:
This is Archie and Gracie’s cage. It technicall has 3 levels with those two at the top to hop up on but we’re probably going to take those down because they hardly use them. We used two dowl rods to support the 1/2 levels and 3rd level. My husband also loves using cantilever to support the rest of the cage which you’ll see in another pic. The tile is used to cool the off and also they love to play with the coroplast and move it around.

This is the cantilever I was talking about that he zip tie grids at an angle to support the second level. You can also see the ramps going around to the second floor and third floor. The floor is linolium too that is curved up on the wall to catch all the spare poops and if they pee by there so it doesn’t go on the wall.

The cardboard is just blocking an outlits. And our magnificent hay rack! My husband added more grids to it to build it up so we could fill it all the way up and it’ll last about a week or longer.

Hay rack from outside the cage.

This is Sandy’s cage, also three levels.

Sandy’s hay rack. She has cardboard on the second level on the hay rack so she doesn’t try to eat hay from the second level.

Opening of hay rack for her to eat while in her litter box.

Picture of the ramps going up to the second and third level. The one at an angle is a cantilever holding the 1/2 level up and gray one at the top is holding the 3rd level up. Don’t mind the fur, Sandy is shedding like crazy!

Our many gates…their cage is now closed up, the blue grids come out to open up their cage and also block them from getting over to her cage.

When Sandy is out we put another gate up so she can’t get near their cage although she has jumped it once and went under the hay rack which I couldn’t get her out until I finally bribed her with raisins so we zip tied another grid on the bottom of her hay rack so she wouldn’t do it again (but it lifts up for easy access). I had Archie and Gracie out while taking these pictures and she got in my picture to eat Sandy’s pellets. But when their out they can’t get over to her cage…this was just for photo purposes haha! Oh and the grids connected to Sandy’s cage go all the way to my desk so she can’t get over to the office. If you look closely her cage is connected to those grids that are clipped to her cage and it goes out when she’s out, but since they were out I couldn’t open her cage. Hopefully you can figure it out if it made sense.
