Has anyone used felt rug pads as flooring for their bunny’s habitat?

        How did it work?

No, but if it were my boy he’d have ripped them up in 24hrs….

In fact I don’t really know what felt rug pads are , but felt sounds awfully tempting to a bunny’s teeth….

My girls new house is a dog crate and has a hard plastic pan that goes in the bottom I just make up some “fitted sheets” out of flannel and fleece to go over the pan. It gives her a nice soft bottom that I can just throw in the washer after a few days. I also gave her a small blanket that she can dig and sleep on/under/with when she is in there

Ooo, yes thought so…. if my bunny was directly on that (rather than under a rug) he’d have a field day chewing it I’m sure…. but I’m not sure my other bunny would care.
So i think its about trial and error…..
if you have a laid back non chewer,… mehhhh, why not.
                If you have a chewer… well… i dont think its a good idea….
