PEPPA, I looked her up! What a beauty. I attach her photo. — She is very unique. I think my Mops was still looking for a girlfriend… but I’m too far. j/k!

You know, her face is full of rabbitude! Her description icludes that she ‘snorts’ when you go on her turf! Cute! But they do want her to go to a home with another rabbit… that will be some bonding fun… — so: Are you interested in her?

For size, I would imagine she is far smaller than a true flemmie seeing as how the lionhead is such a tiny breed.

Would fatfluffs let you foster her to see if Hunny J gets along with your family? Are your children very small?
Oh, it says she 11 months so fully grown.

her ears curl at the top  so adorable what a lot of long long hair.   OH I love her.   I dont’ imagine her getting much bigger.  You say she is 11 months?  I doubt she will get bigger than that.

She appears about average with the ear size. 8 9 lbs there abouts

PEPPA, mine isn’t unusual, but my Deirdra is just under 1 year old like Hunny J. She’s a Flemmie crossed with a lop.

She is a little under 10 lbs.

Arrr she is very beautiful petzy so i guess she is about the same size really. infact it would really be only the fluffy bits that would differ in the cross i think.
Does she seem big to you?

I think, Hunny J might be bonier than Deirdra, less pudgy. But D doesn’t seem big to me. Only her eyes and ears seem huge. But I feel her weight when I carry her, I need both hands definitely. And she eats way more than my others.

She’s pretty but honestly I cannot imagine due to the enormous size difference that she can be a cross between these 2 breeds. Maybe an angora and a flemmie but not a lionhead.

But the coloring looks very lionhead. It could have been a little lionhead buck and a Flemmie doe? But who knows… whatever she is, she is one of a kind.

There are red angoras as well – my old rabbit rescue group rescued a family of angoras from the shelter and Gaston was a red angora – he was stunning – they were all stunning as angoras are. I think this is an angora and not a lionhead. I cannot even imagine a little lionhead male managing a female Flemmie – he could probably only hump her head.

She looks more like an angora to me with the long fur on the sides. Also, I think some of the rabbits in the angora family have ears that curl down like that.

I had similar thoughts, Sarita. It’s hard to imagine a lionhead and flemmie “doing the deed”. I don’t think that would be very responsible either due to the health risk to the mother giving birth (assuming mama was the lionhead).

What do they know of her history, was this a backyard breeder who surrendered mama and babies?

I see it, the hair on the sidea. That’s angora.. in all my time of being in love with angoras I haven’t come across a red one. Oh Sarita, I wish you hadn’t said anything about red angoras.. I wasn’t going to get a fourth rabbit…. Luckily, they are not common in my area…
Beka, you have created some weird images in my head (mini Lionhead humping head of giant)

She does look more Angora. The lionheads also don’t have the longer hair on the body. She could be palomino too…

I saw Palomino too, Jersey! Not sure if it was just the coloring that made me think that, but there’s something about her face.
