so my buns were neutered and spayed about 5 months ago, and they’re still going at it haha. granted, it’s not as much as before they were fixed (rorschach would not leave nikka alone and she would squeal and run away). but at least a few times a week he’ll hop on, and she just sits there and he looks a little confused after a few seconds since I’m sure it’s not the same as before..

also, they sometimes have sudden gender identity issues, and nikka will hop on rorschach lol. is this normal for fixed bunnies? or has anyone else experienced this?

both male and females will mount to show dominance. They could just be trying to reinforce who is the Top Bunny.

My male humps my female rabbit everyday, sometimes several times a day. As long as it’s not resulting in aggression or causing the rabbit being humped to act strangely (such as not eating, not wanting to use the litterbox, etc) it is fine. They’re both fixed, so there is no danger in that regard.
