Hi everyone! My name is Ngoc and I’m the proud owner of a sweet little 3 years old girl. My husband and I just adopted her last Thursday and so far, she’s doing great!

It’s our first time being bunny parents (we have a kitty right now) so we’ve done a lot of reading online to find the perfect set up for her. Right now, she’s inside her shoe box inside her big cage inside an x-pen in the living room. We usually bring her with us around the house so that she can spend time with us. She’s quite the curious little girl because she’s hopped out of her cage to explore her x-pen and stand up to see us! Her ears are constantly listening and she’s so adorable! She loves to eat timothy hay, fresh mint from our garden, and broccoli! We’re giving her 1 cup of fresh veggies along with plenty of hay and pellets (about 1/2 cup) and she’s really eating to her hearts content! She’s a small lop (we’re not sure which kind) and is about 4 lbs. Our kitty is doing great with her. He’s been able to either ignore her or just sit outside the x-pen. When she’s a bit nervous, she just hops inside her cage and I’m always near her for reassurance. Kitty is starting to get bored of her already which I take is a great thing!

We haven’t named her yet. We’re thinking either Fiona or Chloe, but any suggestions/vote is greatly appreciated!

I’ve been reading the posts on this forum and have found them to be very interesting and helpful. I hope to get to know you and your buns in the future!

Looks like a holland lop to me with those short little ears! (and the size is right for hollands) My favorite breed, since my Otto is a holland. She’s adorable! I love the name Fiona too.

Oh just gotta love that face.  Cute.  If you find her gaining too much weight on 1/2 cup of pellets I would cut back some.

Welcome I am sure you will enjoy it here and any questions feel free.  What a nice intro with the bunny picture.  There are some good tips up top in the green are many topics to learn on.
