Hmm…Someone said that they were giving this to their bunny for stasis. I’ve never heard of it before and looked it up. It looks awesome. Has anyone else used this? What have you found with it? I couldn’t find any on ebay, but I’ll keep lookiing

it comes in a weird syringe thing..and tastes of carrot, and is weird and gritty which is said to aid the digestion. 🙂

I worried about how i was going to get the buns to take it, but need not have as they LOVE it.

I’ve never heard of this – can’t find anything about it either on the internet.

I hadn’t heard of it either, but I did find it on the internet.  It is spelled FibrePlex and you can find info here: http://www.protexin.com/vet/product.php?id=21 It looks like a veterinary-grade product that you will need to obtain from a licensed veterinarian.

well Dr Harvey mentioned she sometimes gives the clear fiber that can be added to water to bunnies. I don’t remember the brand – but it’s one of the one people often take. She did have us add the ground flax seed to Hareiette’s diet since it’s high in fiber, just as another idea.

I’m almost thinking its a UK thing that we’d have to internet order here….I don’t see any NA sites that have it; I would think if my vet had this product (as it’s made for rabbits) she would have prescribed it for Kokanee….hurmph…Maybe I’ll try to order it? Have it on hand.

Sounds pretty similar to Critical Care or Critter Be Better to me.

Oh really? If it’s pretty much the same then I guess there’s no point in getting it too! I’ve got tonnes of critical care…speaking of, it smells like licorice….and kahlua didn’t really like it..do you mix it with something to make it more palatable?

It does smell like licorice. They have a banana flavored one – it’s banana apple or banana strawberry or something like that – maybe you should try that one.

It seems like it’s for poopy bum or stasis; Its got the fibre and is enriched:
