How old is she? Is she intact?

How often is she out of the cage? How big is the cage? Does she live with your other rabbits?

Where is she pulling fur from? Females pull fur fron the dewlap/chest when about to give birth. They can also have false pregnancies, acting as if they are about to have a litter.
If she’s pulling fur from elsewhere, I’m wondering about her health. Does she constantly sniffle? Does she have any nasal discharge? Are her teeth in good condition? Sometimes teeth issues can cause nose issues. Also, rabbits can sometimes pull their own fur out if in pain. Maybe due to teeth or a mite infestation.

There can be many reasons behind her behaviour so it’d be good to know more about her so we can help you.

              Welcome!

Can you update us with the answers to those questions?

If she is not spayed, does she ever have access to any male rabbits that are not neutered?

These behaviors can be attributed to hormones, frustration, or restlessness. So, it can be remedied. If she is not spayed, have her done a.s.a.p.. If she is spayed already she needs more out-of-cage time to burn off energy. Rabbits need four hours of exercise daily.
–My guess here is she is intact and experiencing a false or real pregnancy, because you describred hair-pulling as well. Has she had access to intact males rabbits?
