Today while I was watching a movie, chilling with my bun Oreo she jumped on the couch and started humping my pillow! Very furiously if “she” fell she would get back on the pillow. It was actually really funny to watch especially with her tail moving so fast. ?I was wondering if anyone had also seen this . I guess it’s time to get her spayed ( or neutered)!

Both males and females hump actually — it’s a dominance behavior, in addition to a mating behavior! It is very common to mis-sex rabbits because it is so difficult to tell when they are young.

yeah, Don’t be surprised to see a female rabbit humping a male (or another female).

this behavior is in part a dominance behavior, and sometimes the female is the top bun. Closely supervise this and stop any circling behavior.
