I have a bee infestation under the brick in the front of my house.   The hive appears to bee between the brick and inner wall.   The area is next  to (but not connected to) my bun’s room.   I’m going to have an exterminator come out and discuss spraying into the hole the bees are using.  Nothing will actually be done inside the house.  Does anybody have any general suggestions on keeping my bun safe, or am I being overly paranoid?    Thanks!

My only advice is be sure you are home and there to monitor the exterminator when he comes out – I know one lady who hired an exterminator for outside only and he in his arrogance of the products saying “pet safe” went into the building where she kept her rabbits and sprayed there, even though he was told not to. Her rabbits all died of poisoning. :s

Just to give an update, the exterminator came out and I told him my situation. He was very nice, and inspected the bun’s room to suss out the location and to make sure that where he was going to be applying his spary would not get in. Eveything worked out fine.
