  so this morning i get up and peer into pinky’s room on my way to the loo as usual. odd thing. christmas cards are scattered all over the floor. i think what the chickens is goin on?
  
  then i remember that i store greeting cards that i receive (because i can’t seem to throw them out… just feels mean… plus you can cut them up into gift tags in a pinch) in the lowest drawer of the dresser in the bunny room. yup. thats right. she has gnawed a hole through the 1/4″ plywood drawer bottom and systematically begun to defile and devour my keepsake greeting cards. gah!
  
  i suspect that baby bun had a hand in the process before she passed… under that dresser was her favortie place to hang out. no wonder. there was a hidden de-construction project goin on!

  I think it’s nice that you give Pinky these projects to do even if you don’t want them done. She does have to keep busy (keeping you on your toes).

  I think maybe he misses us when we’re gone. For instance, he usually sleeps between my feet, but last night Stan was out playing cards with his dad all evening. When he finally came home and went to sleep, Remy slept against his feet!

  yes, sarita i do try to keep her busy with projects. i just hope her projects ‘on the side’ don’t give her more than she can… um… chew.
  
  i planted a decoy phone book under the dresser so hopefully i will wake up to a floor full of white pages tomorrow morning.
