         okay i havent been on here in ages since the loss of my 3 beautiful babys   my bf has 2 rabbits which moved in with me … and recently ive really been bonding with them a freind of mine has had a unexpected litter of dutch bun buns and i am considering taking 2 of her hands cause shes struggling to cope wot do you all think i definatly have the time and space and feel ready =S

          I would say that if you really need to help her out and can, it might be the right thing to do; However since your asking your unsure-so if you can I’d wait

            well thinking about it i would love to have them i went to see them and probably would have took them all home =D if it werent for the boyfreind so hopefully by friday ill have two little babys

            have to wait to friday till money goes into the bank to get a cage of some sort =D

              So you have been bonding your two together? If so, when you bring the new ones home, keep them separate as this may upset the bonding process. Have the newbies checked out by a vet too to be sure they’re not carrying anything that your existing two might catch. Other than that, if you have the ways and means – go for it! AND POST PICTURES!!

                yay my other two are pritty much bonded the female had held tilt when she first came to live with me (boyfreinds rabbits) because i lost the 3 bunnys pritty much all at once i aim to take my bunnys to the vet at least once a month so the new bun buns should be fine wuld all four bunny be okay gto bond once they had been fixed or would i have to just keep them in pairs?

                    that’s unfortunate about the unexpected litter. is your friend doing something to ensure that this won’t happen again, i hope?

                    like the others said, you could definitely take two of the babies. you are aware that they would need to be altered and there is no guarantee they will get along without additional bonding afterwards. i think as long as you are prepared for the time and expense, go for it.

                    your best bet and the most likely situation would probably be two separate pairs…

                      yea its going to be two separate pairs my male rabbit was okay with the babys but the female got nasty so im keeping them seperate
