So for those of you who simply cannot take another nanosecond of campaigning…

I hope the folks who took piccies of their beloved bun on tour around the country with them won’t mind the liberty I took with this photo. The more I look at it, the more I like it!

All due credit to the parents of this adorable REW. She relates my exact feelings on the matter of the presidential bid.

I had election fatigue a year ago! I honestly thought that the election was last year cause the campaigning seems to have been going on forever. I didn’t realise that there waa so much campaigning involved. My lecturer, who has dual citizenship, said that they’ve even been sending him election stuiff reminding him how to vote etc.

I don’t even live in the US and I’m sick of all this campain junk too. It’s all I ever hear about on tv and in the papers. We went to Maine a few weeks ago and I couldn’t beleive the posters and craziness. People in the streets holding up “Vote for ____” signs, bumper stickers left and right.

Went to vote early today.  Was raining and line was halfway around the building.  Said forget it.  We’ll just go tuesday.  Should be so bad on tuesday since people won’t be all bunched up at like 2 early voting places.  All the precints and what not places to vote will be open then so I think the lines won’t be so bad.  I have never had a big line to vote b4.

Yea lets get this stuff done already.

OH notice the gas prices dropped to 1/2 lately.  Yep always happens during elections.  Makes you wonder what the scam is.

I wish it was over just so I wouldn’t have to be so NERVOUS about the outcome! If something bad happens, I may have to pick up and move in with K&K in Canada, or C&C in Australia…you guys wouldn’t mind, right? It means 2 more bunnies to play with!

I dropped off my mail-in ballot on Friday. I cannot wait for this to be over and the commercials on TV are O-V-E-R!

Haha, better move in with Jerseygirl, no room in my place what with 2 bunnies, 2 people and a bedsitter apartment.

On the up side, what with the bunny war the would begin, we wouldn’t even notice that there was no room to sleep.

You can move in with me! Then household will be more Pro Bunny. I share with one of my sisters. She’s not really a bunny person. GASP!

Our election campaigns in Oz are 1/4 the length of the US and 1/4 the hype. It’s compusory to vote and people couldn’t be less interested. We get election fatigued about a week in. Heard it ALL before, blah, bklah, blah. Well that’s just me anyways……

Yeah – I’m always way over it in the 1st week of campaigning. Although this time I really did enjoy the debate between Rudd & Howard because by the end of it Howard was a broken man. I almost felt sorry for him…almost…

The more I campaigning I hear, the less I like either one of them. The polling opens here in 22 hours and I can’t wait for it to be over.

yeah enuf already.   The campaign commercials are as annoying as those dumb car commercials these days.

We’ve got some take off on the Free credit report.com one up here that is election themed…it’s driving me bats! >.< Every two seconds on the radio; vote for this guy, don't vote for that guy, this one's a liar, that one's a cheat…blah-blah-blah…. Could someone PLEASE tell me what they're going to actually DO for the country and the people, for heaven's sake??

This is the first election where I’ve voted in a looooong time. I really don’t know whether either choice is going to make me feel any better about the future. But of course, if anyone who could make a decent prez were to run, they’d just run over him/her with their government media machine. It’s not a job for an honest person, that’s for sure.

I am watching SNL pres bash right now.  Funny.  Beats the liar and cheat and rip off ads   Adds some humor to the situation.  They are doing Palin and it is funny.   They just did Biden too and was funny.  I love SNL and their spoofs.  I  was watching it back in the Chevy Chase Dan Akroyd days.   I haven’t seen it recently.  I can’t keep up with the new people they have their now.

Oh yeah, I was watching the clip that had Baldwin in it…I think Tina does an excellent Sarah.

“What? The real one? Byyeeee!” lolz….

I can remember SNL’s older bits. I wasn’t a big watcher, but I’d hear about the stuff my friends saw. Of course, I don’t think anyone beats Belushi.

We also used to watch SCTV (?) The one with Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas and the Great White North. (How’s it goin’ eh?)
