  As I will be starting work soon and it will be 4 weeks Sunday since Ebony’s babies have been weened, I thought I would book her in for her surgery.
  
  I decided to go with the rabbit savvy vet close to home, they are $40 dollars dearer but think it’s a good way to go, god forbid if there are any complications, but if there are she will be in good hands.
  
  I am so excited for her because this will be good for her health sake.
  
  I have NIC grids left over so thought I would build a small ground floor condo just for healing after the op and so she can’t jump and hurt herself.
  
  I will let you know how she goes.

  yes, def keep us posted! building a small nic condo for healing is a great idea… i might just do the same for pinky. i’m with you on paying extra $$ for a good vet. my vet is pretty expensive for spays, but since she did such a good job on baby’s surgery last year i wouldn’t go elsewhere.

  ooo glad to hear she’ll be getting spayed – i think the recovery wing sounds like a good idea – i’d put her litterbox and such in there so it smells right. you might also add something very soft to the floor for her to lay on.
