hi everybody!!! I’m posting this for a friend of mine.

Her bunny started growing little tags on each side of the head just below the ears.  They are not infected looking, just fleshy little stubs about 2-3 millimeters long.  Anyone got any ideas what this is?  she has a vet appointment but not until Friday.

Here is what they look like:

        left ear tag

        and right ear:

        right ear tag

They have grown quite a lot in the past few days, but don’t seem to bother or hurt.  They are right below the ears.

Wow, this is not something that I have seen before either. Please let us know what the vet says.

I’m thinking due to the nature of this, that it can probably wait until friday vet appt….let us know how it goes! Wouldn’t say it’s an emergency…but maybe someone has seen this and can put your mind to rest…
