Megacolon is pretty rare, even with the gene that is linked to it, but it’s good to be aware of. Since Bernard’s diet has kind of been all over the place, my suspicion is that her weird poops are most likely related to that. I can’t tell the size from your pic, but the megacolon poops are also HUGE, like they remind me of an easter egg candy. To me the larger poops in your pic look more like 2 poops that didn’t separate or got stuck together, which can happen with a gut slowdown.
One of the main effects and symptoms (aside from the weird poops) is an inability to keep weight on. The disease usually manifests around 3-4 years of age, and rabbits start having real issues with keeping weight on because their nutrient absorption is affected by the disorder. They also tend to have chronic bouts of diarrhea followed by stasis.
So I think in your case I would just keep an eye on things, work on getting her fiber and water intake really good, and track her weight. I wouldn’t jump to megacolon just yet.
