Hi all! I’m new here to binky bunny and am excited to meet some new people! I have 2 rabbits- a male and a female. The male is named Marshmallow and the female Pookie. The female is a holland lop, but I am sad to say I don’t know Marshmallow’s breed! We got him from a pet store and they weren’t able to tell us, only said he is probably some sort of dwarf. So I am hoping that maybe sone rabbit savvy person will be able to tell me what he may be! I always feel bad telling everyone I have a holland lop but don’t know what to say about poor Marshmallow!

Thanks in advance for any help! (he is about 3 pounds in weight if that helps at all!)

He’s cute! I don’t know what he is, but breed doesn’t really matter. I’d be proud to say that my bun is a mix!

I agree with Beka – he’s most likely a mix. And it’s true, breed is not important with rabbits, personality is what’s important. I love his little white nose.

And really, rabbits are so crossbred anyways… even our buns that look like mini rexes, mini lops, dutches, etc… are likely mixed with something else. Even “purebred” rabbits will often times have other breeds a few generations back.
