My rabbit twitches his head, when I kiss him on the head, when he is happy, sometimes when he gets his favorite food. What does this mean? He doesn’t have a head tilt or an ear infection, just a healthy bun!

Probably that he is happy. There are videos on youtube of bunnies twitching their butts when they get tasty treats. Mine is so fat, I dont think you could notice a twitch in her hahaha

I take it to be a sign of happiness also.
Definitely after you’ve kissed him – you may find that after pets your bunny will seem to be washing it all off by cleaning himself in the areas you touched.
It’s not dislike – just grooming themselves and possibly getting your scent.

If he starts to scratch the ear after shaking his head, then you might have an ear problem that’s developed, in which case he needs to see a vet.

One of my bunnies does the butt twitch when he gets banana or some other favorite fruit treats.

Chacha head twitches when my dad or I wake up and are about to give her breakfast pellets!
