  It looks like a Holland Lop (If you are in the States). So should grow to be under 4lbs.

  I agree with holland lop.
  
  His pattern is sometimes called a “Charlie” because the mustache looks like Charlie Chaplin 🙂 It happens when they get two copies of the “broken” (or spotting) gene and end up with more white than color. I always thought “Charlie” is just the cutest name for the coloring.
