My rabbit is 9 months old and the vet I was planning on getting him neutered at said that they don’t do bloodwork before neuters, is this normal? Every time any of my pets have gone under anesthesia they’ve gotten blood work done to make sure everything looks good before putting them under. I’m super anxious about the whole thing so I wanna make sure I go to a good place.

Where I am, bloodwork before a neuter is not done routinely on young healthy male buns. You could probably request bloodwork if you’re very worried.

This is pretty normal. The risk is much lower in young rabbits, especially males being neutered. However, if you are worried, then I’m sure you can request it.
