I went to the dollar store and bought some little rectangular plastic bins for my boy’s hay. Mine dont chew the plastic at all. They came in a pack of three for $1! I ziptied them to the sides of their cage and they work really well. I put a plastic dog food mat underneat the baskets to catch the overflow of hay, so every morning I just dump that back into the baskets. My boys are dwarf bunnies so the small baskets work well, but for my girl, who is a little larger, I use one of those stackable baskets (I have had them for years…they come in different colors and they attach together to make a “basket tower…” (I hope that makes sense)) I put a small, shallow cardboard box underneath that basket to catch all the small crumbs of hay. Dizzie loves her basket and looks so cute standing in front of it with her front paws on the side, chowing on her hay. Sometimes finding random things around the house is fun and you can find things that work well.
