  LOL I’m going to be doing some pick up and delivery this weekend!
  
  Saturday, I’m off to Calgary again to get five buns (one bonded pair) from a shelter down there, where they may be euthanized for space otherwise. They are in for spay/neuter today and I get them Saturday afternoon.
  
  Then Sunday I’m taking two babies to their new home, then Roger & Bunbun north to Lac La Biche to their new adoptive home-whome Petzy found for them!
  
  I’d better clean my car out!! LOL
  
  Anyone have a ‘bunny on board’ sign I can borrow?

  I cannot take credit for this cute bunny illustration. Found it on line a few years ago. I just put it into my homemade sign. (so not a perfect diamond shape either, but what the heck.)

  Totally cool! Those are some lucky bunnies! Transporting animals for others is really helpful and saves lives! We cannot take them all in but at least, we can help with the transport. I’m glad you can offer this service to the bunnies, the shelter and the future adopters! It is very, very kind of you to offer your valuable time and your means of transportation for this act of kindness. YOU ROCK!

  Update-no trip to Calgary-they just contacted me and said they’d had enough adoptions to not need us to take the bunnies-a bit disappointing(I was all ready!) but good that they have had a number of adoptions
  
  So instead of +5 and -4 we are just -4 which is great!

  More room for the other strays! I think you’ll still be needing that sign at some point though! lol. Good job Pam, I’m just glad it hasn’t got the Playboy bunny logo….having a sign that reads “Bunnies on board” you’re likely to get a few male drivers sidling up and eyeballing you as it is!

  I’ve actually always wanted a bunny on board sign. I’m a pretty fast and aggressive driver-and when the buns are in the car I’m ‘driving miss daisy’ careful-and I’m always conscious of people getting frustrated with my slow careful acceleration/deceleration-I need a sign! LOL

  The shape was bugging me, so I went on line to find the traditional sign images that used to be used.
  
  Found em, Changed the type. Added the pix. Here ’tis. It’s an option. (BB, I’m uploading the full size for better printing, but if it’s just too big, I’ll do my smaller version instead.)

  I love that sign too! When I’m driving with the bun, I’m like you K&K! It’s like driving with flammable liquid, avoid all bumps and slow turns. When my bf is driving I have to keep nagging at him “Bunny on board, Slow down!!!!”
  
  Once I took Storm to the vet and on the way home he was really scared and shaking in his carrier (I think it was his first vet visit) so I took him out and held him. We were in heavy traffic and the looks on peoples faces as they looked into the car trying to figure out what I had. You don’t see a bunny riding shotgun everyday! I’m very surprised his extreme cuteness didn’t cause an accident or two

  KK, next you need to organize a fundraiser so you can get a ‘Bunny Mobile’, custom made. It will be all eco and green, powered by hay, a renewable energy source. It will have NIC grid between front and back, with mini air bags in the grids, and it will be one of those hover craft type of vehicles, so no bumps, even at high speed. Plus, it will be excempt from police spot checks…
