Hello everyone!  I saw the ‘diggy box’ idea in the toys thread, so I decided to make one too.  My buns absolutley loved it!  Putting treats in there to entice them and keep then interested was a definit must, though.  Look how tiny Peanut used to be in the last picture!

Those certainly are adorable bunnies!!  I do love lops! I’ll have to make a diggy box now too!  I noticed you have a wire floor cage in the last picture.  Do you have a towel or grass mat in there to protect their feet???

I think that pic is from the second day we got her (a year and a half ago)! I always keep a piece of cardboard box wedged under her litter box on the bottom to protect her feet… but she delights in ripping it up and throwing it around, lol. I really don’t want her to be in that cage much longer anyway but the bonding process has taken a nose dive b/c my bf broke his ankle and isn’t much help and I don’t think its a good idea to try it all by myself…I wish all of us on binky bunny lived closer together so we could help each other out! What a perfect bunny-world that would be.

                    “ok you distract mommy’

“and we’ll rip up the carpet”

That is so cute! I also love the “secret bunny meeting” with the three of them cuddling with their heads together!

We have a similar dig box made from a laundry hamper with a hole cut in the side. The bunnies will go in there when we put raisins in, and even when we don’t because they think we will. They also like to leave other small roundish dark objects (i.e., droppings) which means the occasional cleaning. The cats like it too because for some reason they like the raisins.

The three of them got alog pretty good when the white one was a baby but now our brown bunny can’t stand her now she is grown up.  The Other grey and white buuny gets along fine with her.  Our brown buuny took awhile to bond with the other bun so we know its just a matter of time but it stinks they aren’t all firends right now.  Especially since the big two live in a huge cage.

nobody would expect that he is such a soft heart for the buns like he is.
