Is it diarrhea or are they smushed cecal droppings?

1/2 cup is still too many pellets, generally for a 5lb bunny, they only need about 1/4cup (or less) of pellets. Are you gradually reducing the pellets?

It’s been another day, so how are her poos now? Have they returned to normal?
I agree with Beka that 1/4 cup is much better to taper off to. The hay will clear out her system, so that may account for yesterday’s mush. If they are normal now, then she’s ok and getting adjusted. If still mush, and not cecals, then keep the food at whatever level you are at now and see if she’s ok tomorrow. If not, call the vet.

It is bad. You should never see cecals. If they are produced in the correct amount and digested immediately, you never see them. When you see them left over, that is an indicator to you that something is “off” in the bunny’s digestive tract.
