Each antibiotic treats a different group of bacteria with some overlap. the shots ended up doing the trick with Wick while done with Baytril at the same time (we tried taking away Baytril, but sneezing came back immediately, so it had to be both).
Yes, I gave Wick the shots, once per day then eventually once every other day, then every two days. If your vet believes this is something worth doing, they should show you how to do it and help you with the first shot. Ask questions there, figure out the best holding position and test it out there. If you get the shots, feel free to post and I can offer specific advise. Not many people have done shots with their rabbits, but myself and some others can give you ideas. I personally was comfortable with it because I’m a phlebotomist so I felt ok “stabbing” Wick with a needle (honestly more nerve wracking than with humans though haha).
