Hello again everyone. I am trying to figure out what Kaleigh’s first veggie should be. I am going to slowly introduce it and monitor her tummy and reaction to said veggie. I have heard parsley is a good bun safe veggie but i am confused as to if this is curled parsley or Italian flat leaf parsley? Also is this an okay first veggie or is something more leafy needed? Any help is appreciated ?

Both of those are okay. You could start with romaine as that’s very mild.

I usually start with something like romaine or green leaf lettuce. Or dandilion greens if you can get them.

            Either parsley is safe though
