  He was so sweet with me the car ride over, that I didn’t want to let him go. the girl was really nice and so cute about everything, cooing over everything he did, even pooping on her bed!!!! my neighbor who was my ride helped me build a NIC cage and I built it better then I did when I had him, making sure he was extra spoiled, I bought him a grassmatt and new water bottle too and gave her a 10 lbs bag of food and some hay and some baby keys! Sad as I broke as I am but I wanted the best for the little guy! So with building the cage, I got creative when i got home and redid the bunny pairs cage it was only 2 level I added a third and added to the levels and left the top open which I may or may not add a top tomorrow or maybe a 4th level as I have enough grids now! . it’s been a crazy day! But Good!

  thanks everyone! things are looking up! The bunny room seems a little naked, but cleaner and I will have an easier time taking turns with free roam time.

  Great job Amy! It is always bittersweet when a bun gets adopted, because we are so happy for them, but a little sad for ourselves too.

  I think that’s great. It is hard when the first one leaves but you can feel good that you did the right thing and it sounds like a great home.

  what are the odds but I think i have a home for the pair (gulp), my place will be naked!!! trying to get them there this sunday and possibly find someone with a vehical where i don’t have to take the nic cage apart cuz my butt cheeks are still hurting!!! it took long cuz we didn’t have good scissors, in fact we probly would have been better off chewing them off lol!

  How exciting! I think that a new question on the adoption applications should be “will you get super excited when the bunny poops on your bed?” and if they say no, def. reject them, hahaha. My two bedroom bunnies usually leave me one poop on my bed each day – it makes me laugh every time! Bri says its their “daily rent” for getting to sleep on my bed all day. If only the world worked on bunny poop currency…

  OH I WILL BE!!! However I think I was lucky enough to possibly have a ride with someone who has a truck so I might not have to take it apart after all! Which would be fantastic!!!!!!!

  You can certainly end up spending a lot of money on rabbits.( I thought dogs were bad!)
