cottons recent lip pics

I think his big front teeth are too long.  What do y’all think The bottom ones look to long to me.  I had them check his teeth b4 and they looked at his molars too and said they were fine.

They look too long to me the bottom ones.  I am taking him in today I called and they said just come in and we will see.  I am going to insist they file or trim them.   Hey it beats a biopsy.  Worth a shot. He has a crack between his teeth too I don’t think that is normal either.  Anyone else?

Poor baby! I cannot really tell about the teeth – I think the picture could be deceiving too (not intentionally of course) but alot has to do with how the rabbit is being held, etc…I would just have the vet double check if you are concerned.

I’m no bunny dentist, bt, but that’s the way Toby’s get when it’s past time for a trim. Poor Cotton, just more stuff to be mad at mom about.

I just got back from the vets.   Dr. Perez saw him Dr. Luther wasn’t there.  He checked all his teeth molars too . He said they look long cuz of Cottons lip.  His lip is swollen and hangs down it doens’t close cuz it hurts.

That it is like a cancer sore.  It isnt’ a cancer sore but imagine one on my lip.   He is aware of Cottons case he has looked over his case with Dr. Luther and they called Tampa specialist.  I told him it didnt’ work. 

Funny thing the prednisone worked the first week and I had stopped giving blueberries but when the med started working I resumed the berries.

His lip doens’t look any better today without berries. He misses them too.

I am so depressed over this I could just sit and cry.   Another biopsy . 

Dr. Perez took the scabs off and will examine them under a microscope.  HE said they had a little puss on them.  Oh that word is so gross.

So I am definitely for sure trying the technocare in october.

I hope I dont’ have to put him down later on cuz it won’t heal and gets worse. I am worried.   OH  I fixed the computer agian.

BT, it makes sense that they look too long because his lip pulls away so you see more. They sound like they are doing all they can.
I am so sad for Cotton’s prolonged illness with this. Maybe he’ll turn the corner soon and you’ll have your Boo back in good health.

OH pooor Cotton baby!! I am so sorry BT, I am sad for you. I would feel depressed about this too. I so wish they could find the solution. I know you had been in contact with Dana Krempels, and maybe these new photos could help her further help you and your vet. I hope the biopsy shows something that can be solved. HUGS!

Hi Rabbitpam.   Hmm so you agree with the vet .   I feel better about that.   Yes it looks like he has no lip whatsoever in those pics.  But he does. IT was just the way I was holding him .

Yeah this has really got me down .   Took a little bit to sleep from thinking about this.  As planned I will try the technocare.  Then if no good I will wait a week to get the technocare results off his lip so his culture will be clear and not hindered by meds or anything.

Get this.   That evil neighbor this morning.  I went to do laundry and he had put a chair of mine in front of my door.  I did laundry and came back. Do you know that s.o.b.  put 2 not 1 but 2 TWO of my porch chairs in front of my door so I couldn’t get in without moving them .

What the hay.   HE is downright evil.  My neighbor calls him the devil.  I will vac and clean the porch he will get a little pile of dirt and stick it out there.  I called the police and they acted like it was my fault.  I reported him.

I called both housing managers.   This is downright rediculous. The other day he poured his soda out  in front of Jerry’s door.  HE is a real a**

A while back he kept throwing a rug from inside his house on my front door.  I realized it matched my house so I cleaned it and brought it in rofl.  Showed him.   And you can’t say nothing to him either.  HE gets so ugly  he mutters and curses at you when you go about your business ohhh he is so ugly.

Gosh I could just sit n cry.  Enuf already. 

Well little Cotton Boo comes for pettings little rascal.  HE cheers me up.   He binkys in the afternoon and looks at me to make sure I saw him. IF I act like I didn’t he will continue til I notice and say something.   What a rascal.
