I hope someone can help because I’m worried about my baby. His name is Regal (because he rules the house lol), and lately he had two incidents where clear, orderless liquid came from his bottom, that he left on the couch, and 2 days later on the rug. He is a free roam rabbit and litter box trained. He’s very well trained when it comes to using his litter box. He’s also pretty healthy. He has a good appetite, he’s active, he has nice fur (although he’s been shedding a lot lately), bright eyes, and he licks everyone in our house everyday. He’s very happy because he gets lots of love and attention all the time. Regal is a French Harlequin. He’s 8 years old, but he still jumps up on the furniture and acts as if he is only 2 years old. A few months ago we lost my doe Chloe. She was 10 years old so she lived a good, long life. I could tell her time was coming, and I was devastated when she passed away. I’m worried that I may lose Regal soon too even though he’s healthy and active. I give him a hay blend mix from Oxford. It’s timothy hay mixed with orchard hay and I give him romaine lettuce. Sometimes I give him treats like dried mangoes, dried apples, bananas, dried strawberries, dried pineapples, and blueberries. I vary the treats that I give him, and he doesn’t get it everyday. Maybe once or twice a week. Can anyone please tell me why there would be clear orderless liquid coming from his bottom and why he would be doing this outside of his litter box? It’s freaking me out and I’m really worried about my boy. Thank you.
