Sounds like what Freya did before her spay too. The only time she has ever grunted growled or attempted to bite me was when I tried to put her food bowl in her cage once while she was there, and once behind the TV unit when she managed to ‘remove’ part of the obstacle blocking her access to it.
I provided her with a few more hidey spaces and she doesn’t even look at the TV unit any more.
I have given her the bottom three shelves in my shelving unit too. The bottom ones are hidden behind the couch so I have hung some wooden chewing rabbit toys and other things the buns like and they love it there now.
I would try getting some cardboard boxes, cut some holes in them that are big enough for her to get in, try different heights so in one she was crawl/walk/run, the other she can leap out and through. You can even put boxes beside each other so it becomes a maze, have some gaps so she can leap out one and then leap in the other. Make her new acceptable hidey space a fun place for her and she should start to ignore underneath the entertainment unit in favour of her special space you made her
