Anyone know of a chew toy that doesn’t make a mess? She is a free roam bun so I’d like something that’s not going to leave a bunch of hay or twigs all around. Not sure if such a toy exists!

Well since chewable toys means that the bunny can eat it, I doubt there’s any that won’t leave behind some sort of mess :p But I guess a smaller willow ball or the like would do the trick – although it’ll just be minimising the mess and not eradicating it.

That is true. Or at least a toy she can toss around and keep her entertained.. she loves to throw around the empty paper towel role but she starts eating it which I’m not sure is so safe

How about Stacking Cups made for babies?? My bunny just adores them! They are his favorite toy. He can throw them around and knock them over when I stack them for him. He even learned how to stack one or two on his own. They are made of plastic, though I know plastic is kinda controversial and not everybody feels comfortable using it for toys (but these cups are impossible to chew or consume) There are 8 of them that you can stack. These are my best recommendation for “no mess”…Anything made of wood is good aswell! You could buy a piece of unstained (uncolored) wood and cut it into cute shapes if you have the tools for that. Some other things are DIY cardboard toys, baby chains, baby keys, and a larger option, a cat tunnel or maze haven. Hope this helps! Good luck finding some non-mess rabbit toys- I know the struggle lol ~Chip

How about sticks? My bunnies love willow sticks and, unlike willow rings, balls, etc., they don’t leave a mess.

The “barrel roller” toy is quite popular and isn’t messy.

Mine also like their willow tunnel. They chew on it but it isn’t as messy as individual twigs or balls.

Mine also like chewing on cardboard cat scratchers, and those aren’t too messy either.

Of course the messy toys are the most fun lol

PS. I think paper towel rolls are fine for them to eat
