We have a fellow at work who’s British and always using the term ‘chasing rabbits’ to express how extremely busy he is. I thought I’d show him why I’m late for work some mornings……because I AM chasing rabbits. This is the view from my computer when I work from home and the bunny slippers are on the loose….

                  So cute!

Did I ever tell you guys… I went out for Chinese with my classmates one day last year, there were several of us, and at the end of the meal, we all took a fortune cookie. I read mine and burst out laughing:

“If you chase two rabbits, both will escape.”

I told them that I could personally vouch for the accuracy of the fortune.

That’s awesome.  Although I’ve found that having two rabbits sometimes makes it easier to catch one.  When I start trying to get one, the other one usually starts running around too and sometimes blocks my target from escaping so I can get him/her more easily.  I love it when that happens!

I can’t even catch one rabbit sometimes, I just herd them….lol

DCharlie is still in his condo in the bunny room, but bonding has progressed to the point where he and Pringles have play time together, there’s no nipping, mounting anymore, just a little playing. I love it when Pringles lopes at Charlie and he jumps in the air and she goes under him. No grooming yet, but I’m hopeful. I’m almost to the point of letting Charlie and Daisy play out of the bounding box, but Daisy is showing him a bit of attitude still.

Toby I haven’t had the nerve to put in with Charlie yet. He’s older (6+ now) and though not as delicate as Hershey was, he seems a bit frail next to Charlie who is just 8 lbs of muscle. He’ll probably do just fine since he’s extremely laid back, it’s just my nerves about it.

It will be nice when I can take that condo down and just let them have the room again. And maybe THEY WILL ALL GO BACK TO USING THE LITTERBOX INSTEAD OF UNDER CHARLIES CONDO! That started the day he moved in.
