Ok I ask a lot of questions but thought who better to ask than on here!

I was playing with Pacey last night and noticed that he seems to be changing from black to a blueish gray color can rabbits do that lol ? But he has a thick band from his neck to his tail that is still a shiny black but the rest seems to be changing colors especially his face and belly.

Yep they can. All my buns changed a little in color as they got older. BUT you will really notice it when they go thru winter with getting extra fur in and in the spring when they molt.

Frankie actually changes into a lighter shade in the winter! In San Diego of all places, where the weather doesn’t really even change!

He also lightens a little when he sheds off old fur, but not at all to the same extent as his “winter coat”.

Hehe. Yep normal. Brian (Lionhead) is always changing colour. In summer he is a real black, but when he puts his winter coat on he goes bluey grey, looks like an old man with his great mane swooshing around. Bettie (also a lionhead), doesn’t seem to change colour..or moult much, she just remains a ginger goddess – aka pain in the bum – come rain or shine.
