Hello everyone! My name is Adriana and this is my first post here!

My dad and I are converting some wooden Ikea furniture into a double hutch for my two bunnies. My 4 year old bunny is potty trained, but my 3 month old bunny is not yet. Therefore, I need to make the wooden floor and walls 100 percent leak free. I plan to go to Home Depot tomorrow, but first I wanted to ask the bunny experts which flooring is best.

Ceramic tiles? Linoleum? Stick on Tile?

Btw, cost is no object here. I am just looking for the best! Thanks guys for your time!

Stick on tile is probably the least suitable of the three due to the tiny gaps you’ll have between joining all the tiles. With ceramic tiles you’ll obviously need to grout them so more work. I would say ceramic is more long term because it’s pretty much indestructible, just make sure you get something with good texture so it’s not glossy and slippery. Lino is great because it’s lightweight and easy to apply, I used waterproof silicone in the corners of my cage where the joins were from the side to the floor to fill the gaps. Lino can also be slippery so again a textured one is best. After that, it’s really personal preference. I like the lino because the cage is still pretty lightweight.
