I know this is probably a really stupid question, but I feel better just asking it. I have two rabbits, and one has cancer(taking him in on Friday to have it -hopefully- taken care of). Could he give it to the other one through contact? I know that’s not how it works with humans, but like I said, I’d rather ask a stupid question, and get a proper answer. Dealing with enough stress and worry already…

No need to worry. He isn’t contagious.

Thanks for a non judgemental answer. And that’s what I thought, but I wanted to be 100% sure.

Not a problem. I hope everything works out for your bunny.

Hope your little bun is ok, not a dumb question at all! There actually is a really strange contagious cancer of Tasmanian devils, caused by a virus. But is quite unusual, and most cancers are not related to anything contagious!
