Recently my rabbit has been a lot more lazy than usual and sleeping during the day more. When it’s her playtime usually she will come out of her hideout and wait to be let out of her pen, but the last 2 or 3 days she has just come out and sat there by her hideout when I open the pen doors. I have to go in her cage and tap her on the back or she wont come out. Today she wouldnt come out again until I lured her out with pellets, then she took them and ran back in her hideout and hid. Could this just be from the hotter weather or should I be concerned? Yesterday I put a big fan in my room since it’s been getting hotter and it’s pretty loud, I don’t know if maybe she’s scared of it or something, but I cant turn it off because it will get really hot in my room without it. She’s still eating just wont come out of her pen.

Hotter weather can naturally lead to more “bleh”. Rabbits are more intolerant of hot weather because of the fur.

While a fan will circulate air, it doesn’t do much in terms of actually cooling the room. There are some tips here: https://binkybunny.com/infocategory/cooling-tips/https://wabbitwiki.com/wiki/Hot_weather_concerns

Warmer weather, even with the AC on, can cause bunnies to be less active. They will lounge around a lot and not want to run around/play as much.
