Hi Everyone! I’m new to this forum, but I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what breed my female rabbit is?

I’ve been wondering since I adopted her & I would love to know.

She sports the Harelquin pattern, but that gene has been introduced into a lot of breeds. She looks big. How much does she weigh?

Hmm… I suppose she could be a Harlequin (breed) without the desired markings. Or a mix with another medium breed rabbit. I’ve seen the Harlequin gene introduced into everything from Nethies to Rexes. Breeders do this on purpose to get that “brindled” pattern.
