It’s important to be certain that nothing in your yard is sprayed or treated in any way with pesticides. No matter what kind of flower or grass, if there is anyone else tending your yard, it’s potentially hazardous. I would stick with store bought veggies, or maybe grow some in a window box yourself as treats, like mint or cilantro.

                  This is healthy for them.

Its healthy yes, as long as there has been no pesticides or any other chemicals used on them. If you aren’t sure if anything has been used on them, don’t feed em to them

You know that corn gluten stuff (fertilizer that comes from beer) is our lawn safe if we used that on our lawn, or is it still unsafe?

Coco and Jackson had a massive dandelion flower and leaves feast today! I walked around the yard plucking them. They all got gobbled down in milliseconds!

And MW, they make fertilizer from beer? Perhaps the mash that is left over or the hops?

Apparently it is the left overs after they make the beer. I it isn’t toxic to eat and my dogs eat it when we first put it on and they are fine. By now it is absorbed into the ground but I am not sure if it is safe for the buns to eat the grass. What are your thoughts on this?
