Ultimately, no one (including yourself) are vets here, so providing accurate diagnosis and instructions on treatment for a rabbit based on your text description is very tricky (and irresponsible) territory. If your rabbit’s mites are that bad, I would make the trip to the rabbit-savvy vet– most likely there are other things that your rabbit needs attention for if she has had really bad mites. It would be best to get a rabbit veterinarian to assess not only the mites (and provide proper guidance on treatment), but also examine your rabbit for other issues as well.
