I just swapped Muffin and Pinky in each other’s pens. Should I switch them back every night? Or every morning? And before I switch them back should I clean up any pee and poops and put them in the litter box? Thank you.

I usually swap every day or two. And try to leave the cage and boxes a bit dirty. So if you clean boxes every other day, swap on day between box cleanings, so they each have a day of using a litter box used by the other rabbit.

The idea is for them to get very used to the other rabbit’s smell and lose track of territory. So try not to clean up too much!
