i find watching my buns to be so relaxing.  i took this video of pinky exploring the hall… it’s not action packed or exciting but you might enjoy it if you’re looking for nearly 2 minutes of calm stress relief

I spend a lot of time with my buns. I have intractable migraines so I spend a lot of time at home. I was off a year for treatments and now back working part time only. The buns know when I feel bad and actually give me extra attention when they sense I am really hurting.

Anytime I feel sad I just go downstairs and sit w/ them. I just love watching them. It is just so sweet and special to know these little furry buns love me! They are definitely stress relievers. Everyone should be so lucky to have them!

I agree. When I’m all stressed out Ricky says “just go in the rabbit room for a few minutes” . I instantly feel better when I see them, because everything they do makes me smile. Animals are so therapeutic.

I think one of the main reasons I got to keep Mimzy was that my hubby saw how he brought me out of myself after my cancer therapy. I was running out to the Bun-Galow daily and all day, gathering food for him, checking his hutch and making sure he had plenty of clean water and bedding and changing his litter box. I was so relaxed last summer. Being cooped up indoors all winter long is terrible for my anxiety, so having bunny right near me has been wonderful too!

bunnies are wonderful with stress relief. no matter how icky my day is they brighten me up and relax me.
my friend used to love to come over for “experimental bunny therapy” with our bunnies and found it so helpful that he adopted a bunny of his own.

i totally agree. i can watch my bunnies for hours. i find it relaxing to sit with them and talk to them. i find people think its weird to talk to animals. but i find that they seem to understand me more than you’d think. when i come in the room i always say “hello bunnies!”. and they peak out at me. such cute little creatures. i bet it lowers blood pressure just to pet a bunny! hehe
