Forum DIET & CARE Bunny with black spot on nose is this serious ?

        Black spot My bunny is around 3 months old And I recently noticed a black patch around her nose does anyone know if this a serious health concern that warrants a vet a trip ?

          Hmmm, it’s hard to tell from the picture, but is it on her fur or something attached to the skin? Could she have injured her nose somehow?

                attached to nose but it looks like a small amount of it is stuck on the fur

                Yes, I can’t tell if this is something attached to the skin or if it is simply gunk stuck in the fur. If it’s attached to the skin, then it could be a scab from an injury or a papilloma. If it’s in the fur, then it could be from a nasal discharge.

                    If it’s attached to the skin, then best guesses are a scab or a papilloma.
