I put peach (my 2 month year old rabbit) in her cage aftwr I cleaned it out, its a indoor cage is cleaned quite frequently. As she was near her litter box she faced me kind of and thumped 3 times about 2 seconds after and I saw the white of her eyes (she didnt look impressed) so I petted her and gave her some food and she now seems happy. I was just enquiring to see why she may have done this (first time ever) appreciated, thanks!

She’s letting you know she doesn’t appreciate you messing up her decorating or re arranging her “furniture”, lol.
She’ll put things back the way she likes them.

What a little sassy lady! Thumping means danger or being angry so your bun was giving you some “bunitude” as she did not appreciate your intrusion into her home and “messing it up” LOL Mr Buns always gives a stomp of disapproval if I pick him up and put him down.
