Seriously? Do you think the bunnys enjoy this?  Seems a little odd, yet natural.. :p

I think they probably do, since jumping is so natural for them. I think Stormy would have a blast!! I know a lot of horses that do showjumping and they seem to love it!! Maybe buns do too.

One thing I have learned is that bunnies don’t do things they don’t like to do.

They find it fun to do as well as to receive the little reward at the end. I have seen rabbits go through the courses even when they aren’t told to do so. My rabbit only has to stand up on her hind legs in order to get a rasin from me. I had thought about making her jump through hoops but, well she’s too cute.

I have seen pictures of them jumping in the latest Rabbit magazine. And I was not all that convinced that they were enjoying it. Watching youtube with a dial up connection is a major drag so I will take your word for it that they may be enjoying it.

too bad they can’t talk… lol.  i think if the buns were socialized to not be freaked out in a room full of people then they might not mind jumping for treats.  i couldn’t imagine Baby doing well with that.  she likes her quiet time!

I’ve taught mine to stand as well and I’ve been longing to teach them to jump since i saw that video…I guess they do bunny show jumping in the UK, and here in north america they do bunny obediance, like dog obediance, where there is the whole course of stuff to do!
I just want to teach mine to jump on command over a stick or maybe through something…that might be cool! I’ve always taught animals tricks and I love animals that love to learn, so I’m pumped that we are finally getting somewhere…For the longest time they didn’t have a favorite treat so we were sort of stalled.
