So assuming the boys come back bonded, we’re planing on turning one of our two rooms into a bunny only room. I know many of you guys have these, so I’m looking for suggestions on how to make it the best room possible.

It’s pretty decent sized room, and sadly all hardwood. We’re planning on covering up the baseboards and walls with NIC grids. We already have a tunnel, hay house, and 4 litter boxes. I’d like to lay down blankets in the room that way they can binky and run around without fear of sliding everywhere. I was also thinking about getting some kind of platform for them to jump on. They have one in their current cages and Asriel is obsessed with it. It’s his literally perch to watch the world on. I’m also thinking of some hidey boxes, but they’ve never been a fan of those. They really love the tunnels, and I’d like to get more, but we’re a little worried about them trying to go through at the same time and freaking each other out.

At night when we get home, we’re planning on putting an x-pen up to separate the hall area from what would be their room and our room that way they could roam both spaces at night when we’re not home. These are all just basic ideas, but all suggestions are welcome

How exciting! My bunny room is pretty basic at the moment, no hidey boxes as they don’t seem to care for them but a few tunnels, toys, 2x litter trays etc. I plan on ordering a set up from manorpethousing (uk based makers of bunny houses, castles, etc) which I am very excited about. I plan to buy a table/bunny house combo that’s basically a table top that I can store their supplies on but it has ramps and tunnels built in. This would be a great option if space is an issue as it obviously combines storage with fun bunny stuffs. I’m also thinking of getting them a little castle with a ramp. A dig box would also be awesome. A sand pit would be wonderful!

My flooring is laminate flooring so I’ve covered it in rugs. I did initially have half rug, half blanket but for some reason Peanut didn’t like walking on the blanket so we had to get more rugs lol. There’s plenty of floor space so they can run and binky. I think it’s a tough balance between giving them plenty of toys but still having floor room for sprints!

They dig a blankets and really love them, so I figured that would be a good option. A digging box is a great idea! Asriel loves digging, so that’s perfect! I also like that table/house combo. It would kill two birds with one stone. They also aren’t a fan of hidey boxes, so I might skip those too and just add another tunnel.

Ophelia loves her sandpit!! I’m a full on advocate for sandpit! Even if she does fling it everywhere and jump up on the bed with sand all over her

This is a great topic. We live in an apartment so we’re turning my office into the rabbit room. It has three large windows, double French doors and a sliding glass door with a screen. It’s 10 x 8 and has carpet.

Right now they’re in a cage but have free roam of our apartment.

Any ideas on what I could do with this space? I’d like to protect the carpet as much as possible, and I’d like to find or build a builder keeper for them where all seven of them can be, but with bonded pairs in their own section.

                Thanks I’m advance.
