Ack. I have been slacking when it comes to getting Moonpaw neutered. I found a bunny savvy vet and just hadn’t gotten around to scheduling his appointment, but I’m going to call first thing in the morning and take the soonest available appointment. Poor cat just got peed on by the bunny when he went too close to the bunny’s litter box. :/ will behaviour like that continue after he’s been neutered?

Got an appointment for Tuesday morning! A really good price for the neuter too ($85). I messaged a bunny rescue that had an ad on craigslist and asked them what vet they used.

Do you mean he has been spraying? For the most part, yes, neutering should lessen the spraying significantly. I can’t remember the last time either of my boys actually sprayed.

He just ran over to the cat and did a weird little spin jump and sprayed the cat. He hasn’t done it before, and he’s been marking a lot more around the house this week. You could practically see the hormones kick in.

The thing that I thought was weird was it’s the cat he really likes and usually follows around constantly and grooms.

He was marking his territory. The cat is obviously his!
