My bunny is 2 years old and an absolute angel. He lives in a large hutch in a heated shed with another female bunny who is in another hutch

Lately he’s stopped coming out when I open the door which is unusual since behaviour wise hes an absolute dream. He comes up for attention when hes running around and gets his pets then trots off, binkying etc. We sometimes lie on the couch to watch films and he gives kisses and just generally enjoys  getting attention. Basically what everyone dreams a rabbit is like, when they dont understand rabbits have different personalities lol

He had a blood clot a few months back and hes been off his meds a few weeks now so I let him stay in for 2 days when he didn’t want out but today I had to pick him up (he loves being held and carried so its okay) to check he was still okay and hadn’t reverted back but hes fine, no signs of pain or discomfort and just as happy being out as he was before so I dont understand why he wont just walk out

Anyone got any ideas? Put as much info as I can but I’ll answer any question if it explains why hes being weird
