These look pretty interesting. Although I think some of them would just look at me like “you’re not called slave for nothing…now give me a treat!”. LOL!

              Interesting!

I’m actually getting the bunnies a “Teach & Treat” for Christmas. I had heard about it, but didn’t see it until recently in the Fosters & Smith catalog. It has three levels of difficulty for the bun to get the treats out. Hannah needs more mental stimulation, so I thought it would be perfect for her. Otto will probably just get frustrated with it and stomp away 😛

I feel iffy about that I saw those in the Foster and Smith catalog as well Elrohwen!

I think I’ll stick to regular toys

I already have treat balls and Hannah figured out the trick in just a minute or two. Otto still scratches and digs at them when he gets frustrated that the food isn’t coming out. Haha. Plus, Hannah doesn’t play with toys that aren’t interesting to her, so she ends up getting into trouble instead – hopefully something like this will keep her attention for more than a minute.

I think you should just get Hannah the New York Times Crossword Puzzle book and a tasty pencil.

Bahahaha. I love crosswords – maybe we could work on them together!

looks like the dog ones. I just make my own for Jenny, putting all her veggies in say a kleenex box, wrapping it with newspaper, tying it with jute, slicing a small hole for smell to come through and handing it to Jenny, she LOVES trying to figer out how to get the food out..thats just one example, I hide her food in all kinds of things for her to figer out how to get it, she thinks it the greatest thing ever. I dont imagion she would like those though…I dont see anything for scent to come through? why would she bother trying if she doesnt know anything is in it?

Wow Jenny, that sounds brilliant! I may have to do that
I have a ton of brown paper twine!

I like that toy from drs foster and smith’s. Lolli’s smart enough to try it. Now…whether or not she’ll get off her butt and do anything but sniff at is a whole other story. LOL

I think I might try the kleenex box toy of Jenny’s. But all look cool and entertaining. I have always thought Lolli needs more mental stimulation but it’s not like she’s running around, going nuts cause she has nothing to do.

I also like Jenny’s idea. Helps I work at a preschool so Kleenex boxes are always around. I’ll have to save my class’ when they go through the current one!

I am tempted to buy her the dandelions. Smokey has a fix for them. So much that her class last year would find them in the playground just to watch her gobble them up

                                I wonder if there’s a place to get a bunch of them…
