I’m trying to come up with games for my bunnies to get them to exercise and to keep the occupied and not be naughty (although I know I can’t compeltely eradicate the naughtiness. lol!).  Luna likes to play the throw-and-put-back game.  She’ll toss something away and I’ll put it back and then she’ll toss it again and i’ll put it back.  I guess she doesn’t want me to put it back. haha. Nova likes to climb things so I put around boxes and stuff.  I have to be careful he doesn’t get too high and put himself in danger (which he doesn’t seem to ever notice!) He always sits by the bed and looks up with this I’m-about-to-jump pose like he’s sizing up the height and then boing! he’s in the bedsheets.

What games does your bunny like to play?

Mr.B likes to play Chase.. Before I clean his cage out he’ll come over to me and I’ll run back and forth and different directions in the kitchen and he’ll chase me and if I stop he circles or figure eight around my legs until I run some more, he get’s such a kick out of it and does binkies after!

Riley likes to play Tunnel Adventure. We’ll go over to his area and we’ll take the small towel and go to flip it out and he’ll come running over to be right in the middle under the towel when it comes down. He sits there and pops his head in and out for a little bit. THen when he comes out he’ll look at you like “ok again please” and he’ll do that a good 5 times!

I WISH Edson would play games!  He is so uninterested in toys!  The only thing he really likes to do is run through the tunnel I have but then that is not that interesting anymore.  What he does do is run frantically back and forth like a crazy man for his treats and salad!  He’s quite the beggar. Wish I had a better answer!

baby bun likes to rip & shred.  so i save a lot of non-glossy cardboard & magazines / flyers & paper bags for her amusement.  if i just put them in her room she’ll ignore them for some time before deciding to make a project out of them.  if i want her to notice it sooner i just put it in her path and she’ll try to pick it up & throw it over her shoulder in frustration.  i bought her a hard plastic hook – the kind that hooks over a door – thinking she would try to nibble at it like she does on her litter box edges, but the next morning she had tossed it out in the hallway.  ‘this toy is no good!’  lol.  for christmas i bought her some of those cat balls with bells.  she’s not overly interested in them, but does kick them around.  just can’t tell if it’s on purpose or not.

My buns don’t really play games. If you offer Stormy something (a rattle, pen, coin, etc), he will throw it up in the air and do this everytime you give him the object. I think he’s just doing it out of annoyance though!

Bindi Loo is a digger/shredder and he LOVES catalogs. I gave him my Christmas catalog I usually order from when I noticed this year they had rabbit fur items!! I gave it to him and he destroyed it for about an hour. Lol..

I have a whole bucket of rattles and chew toys but they are totally indifferent towards them.

Well my girls like the diggy box; Both of them will toss toys if you give them to them…I use a tin cashew can filled with pennies (sooo noisey)…It does appear that they toss it out of annoyance puffytail, but my guess is they would go elsewhere if really annoyed so maybe they like it!! Kokanee likes to chase us, and she likes come jump on your head while playing video games (ok, maybe not a game of hers, but definitely funny as she usually does this to Dave) and she loves to find someone cuddled up on the couch in a blankie, jump on them and dig and dig the blankie…They also love to rip and destroy anything, especially cardboard and carpet entities
                  Great thread btw!!!

O yeah, Riley loves playing with one of my daughters  Roll-a-round balss, I gave him the one with a bunny inside, the good thing is I never ave to worry about him chewing it and getting the bell since it’s solid with hard plastic-they go to her Roll-a-round dinosaur and when we got it it came with 4 extra balls then a new one does so we let Mr.B play with it (which he had absolutely no interest in) But here is apicture of Riley in his Tunnel Adventure game and next to him is that ball I’m talking about (its the only decent picture of the ball I have).

Thanks. Yeah, its a 6 panel baby play pen it’s cool because this one you can buy more panels to add on and it clicks in the direction you want it to move and it folds up really easy. We used this when we fostered a litter of 6 puppies from the shelter a month ago, don’t worry we cleaned it after they went back 🙂
